Absolutely. No question. And we are so much one body with them that, as Dr. Luther said so beautifully on John 17, "For who can harm or injure a man who has this confidence, who knows that heaven and earth, and all the angels and the saints will cry to God when the smallest suffering befalls him?"

It's even more true of the prayer of the saints who have entered into glory, of whom it is said that they "shall reign with Him" (2 Tim 2.12).
